This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to courses, cohort programmes, memberships, subscriptions, live sessions, digital resources and other paid services purchased through NAji.
NAji is operated by Rebel Rock Media Ltd. registered in United Kingdom under company number 16322239, with its registered office at Rodney Chambers, 40 Rodney Street Liverpool L1 9AA .
Please read this policy before making a purchase.
By purchasing a NAji product or service, you agree to this policy and the applicable offer terms presented at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
If you purchase a NAji product or service online as a consumer, you will normally have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day the contract is entered into, which will usually be the date on which your purchase is confirmed. To exercise your right to cancel, you must send a clear cancellation request to:
Email: learnwithnaji@najischool.com
Your request should include:
Your full name
The email address used when purchasing
The name of the product, programme or subscription
The date of purchase
Your order or transaction number, if available
Your cancellation request must be sent before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
Some NAji products provide immediate access to digital content, including:
Online courses
Videos and audio recordings
Downloadable guides and workbooks
Templates and worksheets
Writing prompts
Community content
Recorded sessions
Other digital resources
If you request immediate access to digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly consent to receiving the content immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once the supply of that content begins. Where this consent and acknowledgement have been properly obtained, you may not be entitled to a refund simply because you change your mind after accessing the digital content. If the required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.
Some NAji offers include services such as:
Live teaching
Group coaching
Writing sessions
Workshops
Consultations
Reviews or feedback
Community support
Other scheduled services
If you ask NAji to begin providing services during the 14-day cancellation period and then cancel within that period, you may be charged a reasonable and proportionate amount for the services already provided. If a service has been completed within the cancellation period following your express request, and you acknowledged that your cancellation right would be lost once the service was fully performed, you may no longer have the right to cancel that completed service.
4. Refunds After the Cancellation Period
5. Cohort Programmes and Fixed-Term Offers
Some NAji programmes release lessons, prompts, recordings and other resources progressively. Purchasing a programme gives you the right to receive content according to its published release schedule. It does not necessarily provide immediate access to the complete curriculum. Cancelling, failing to make an instalment payment or otherwise losing access to a programme may mean that you will not receive content scheduled for future release. Content already released remains subject to NAji’s intellectual property and usage terms.
The price, billing frequency, minimum commitment and renewal terms for a membership or subscription will be shown before purchase. Unless a minimum term is stated, you may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal date to prevent the next payment from being taken.
Cancellation:
Stops future renewals
Does not normally produce a refund for a billing period that has already begun
Does not provide a partial refund for unused days, except where required by law
Does not erase charges already due
You will normally retain access until the end of the paid billing period unless the applicable offer terms state otherwise.
If a subscription includes a minimum commitment, you remain responsible for payments due during that minimum term unless you exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right or NAji agrees otherwise in writing. To cancel a recurring subscription, follow the cancellation process available in your account or email learnwithnaji@najischool.com.
You agree to make payments according to the schedule presented at checkout.
If a payment fails, NAji may:
Attempt to process the payment again
Contact you to request an alternative payment method S
uspend access to courses, communities, live sessions and resources
Cancel your access if the payment remains outstanding
Seek payment of amounts properly due under the agreement
Suspending or cancelling access because of non-payment does not automatically cancel any outstanding payment obligation.
Please contact NAji promptly if you experience a genuine payment problem. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed in writing.
Unless the specific offer states otherwise:
Missed group sessions are not refundable
Writing sessions, community sessions and accountability calls may not be recorded
Recordings are not guaranteed where technical, privacy or safeguarding considerations prevent recording
Participants are responsible for checking session dates, times and time zones
Schedule changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable
For individually booked appointments, consultations or private sessions, at least 36 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used and may not be refunded or rescheduled, except where otherwise required by law or agreed by NAji.
Places, subscriptions and programme access may not be transferred to another person without NAji’s written permission. Deferral to a later cohort or programme is not guaranteed.
Requests will be considered individually and may be subject to:
Availability
The stage reached in the current programme
The reason for the request
An administrative fee disclosed before the deferral is accepted
Any price difference between the original and replacement programme
An approved transfer or deferral does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Promotional prices, early-registration offers, discount codes and scholarships apply only under the terms stated when offered.
NAji does not normally refund the difference if:
A product is later offered at a lower price
You did not use an available discount code
You purchased after a promotion expired
Another participant received a scholarship or individually agreed arrangement
Nothing in this section permits misleading pricing practices or affects your statutory rights.
NAji will provide digital content and services as described and with reasonable care and skill. NAji may make reasonable changes to programme schedules, facilitators, lesson order, delivery platforms or supporting resources where necessary. These changes will not substantially reduce the overall value or central purpose of the purchased offer. Where a material change significantly affects the programme you purchased, NAji will consider an appropriate remedy, which may include: Alternative access A transfer A credit A proportionate refund
NAji may cancel or postpone a programme, event or service due to low enrolment, illness, technical failure, circumstances beyond its reasonable control or another legitimate operational reason. If NAji cancels an offer and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, participants will receive an appropriate refund for the portion that was not delivered. NAji is not responsible for indirect expenses incurred by participants, such as travel, accommodation, childcare, equipment or lost working time, unless liability cannot legally be excluded.
NAji may suspend or remove a participant who:
Harasses or threatens another participant, facilitator or member of staff
Disrupts programme delivery
Shares confidential community information
Copies, distributes or misuses NAji content
Shares login details or permits unauthorised access
Uses the platform unlawfully
Seriously or repeatedly breaches NAji’s community guidelines or terms
Where access is removed for a serious or repeated breach, a refund will not normally be provided. Any outstanding payment obligations may continue, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the removal.
Please contact NAji before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel a contract or remove a valid payment obligation. NAji reserves the right to provide the payment processor or bank with relevant purchase records, access records, communications and evidence of services supplied when responding to a disputed transaction. This section does not prevent you from exercising any lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or improper charge.
Payments made through NAji may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Where you are legally entitled to a full refund, NAji will refund the full amount due without deducting payment-processing fees. Where NAji cancels a product or service, fails to deliver it or is otherwise legally required to provide a refund, any fees retained by Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider will be treated as a cost to NAji and will not be deducted from the refund legally due to you.
If NAji agrees to provide a discretionary refund outside your statutory or contractual rights, NAji may deduct any transaction or payment-processing fees that:
Were charged in connection with your payment
Are not returned to NAji by the payment provider
Represent a direct and reasonable cost of the cancelled transaction
Any proposed deduction will be explained before the discretionary refund is processed.
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the payment method used for the original purchase. NAji is not responsible for currency-conversion differences, bank charges or other fees imposed independently by your bank, card issuer or payment account provider. Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, PayPal, your bank or your card issuer.
Statutory consumer cancellation rights may not apply where a product or service is purchased wholly for business purposes rather than as an individual consumer. Any cancellation or refund rights for a business purchase will be governed by the applicable contract, offer terms and law.
